Carhart Media & Entertainment Launches with $1.77B Vision for Creator-First Studio

January 10, 2026Carhart Enterprises Press Office

Carhart Media & Entertainment (CME) officially announced today its commitment to developing an integrated entertainment powerhouse, signaling a transformative shift in the global media landscape. By uniting 7th Dawn Studios, Grid Animation, Grid Productions, and Underscore Records under a single strategic vision, CME represents a $1.77 billion investment in high-fidelity, creator-first content production and distribution.

Central to this initiative is the development of a flagship 300-acre studio campus. This state-of-the-art facility will house 28 full-service sound stages, advanced animation production hubs, world-class recording studios, and integrated post-production infrastructure. This vertical integration will offer a seamless ecosystem that allows creators to develop, produce, and monetize content with unprecedented creative control and operational efficiency.

"CME represents a new model for entertainment," said CME leadership. "We are building the physical and digital infrastructure specifically designed to serve the creator's vision rather than constrain it. Our planned studio campus will enable projects to move from initial concept through to streaming distribution without ever leaving our facilities."

The CME entertainment portfolio will be diverse, encompassing:

• Film & Episodic Television: High-concept storytelling for global audiences.

• Premium Animation: Cutting-edge facilities for cinematic and series-based animation projects.

• Music & Audio: Comprehensive recording and global distribution via Underscore Records.

• Direct-to-Consumer Streaming: A proprietary platform set to launch with a slate of original content over the next 18 months.

Initial planning for production infrastructure, creator onboarding, and platform development is currently proceeding ahead of schedule. With the production ramp-up slated to begin this year, Carhart Media & Entertainment is now officially open to inquiries from strategic investors interested in joining this landmark development at the intersection of technology and storytelling.
